Ana Maria founded AM Consulting in 2012. After starting her career in M&A at Lazard in New York in 1998, followed by two years at a private equity fund in London, she moved into executive search in 2005. Her track record spans across senior level appointments as well as management team assessments. Ana Maria holds a first class degree in Economics from Columbia University and is a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach programme. She is also founder and former Trustee of ArchAngel MLD Trust, a UK charity to support research of rare genetic diseases.

Sam leads our North American due diligence support mandates in close partnership with our clients. After working in London with AM Consulting for two years, he is now based in Toronto. His prior experience is in publishing and academic research. He holds a first class master’s degree in the History of International Relations from the London School of Economics and a first class undergraduate degree in History, Politics, and Economics from University College London.

Jess works on our due diligence mandates and leads the research on our executive search mandates. Prior to joining AM Consulting, Jess worked for over six years for a leading data insights company in London and has a wealth of experience in business research and data analysis. Jess holds a first class degree in Religion and Theology from the University of Manchester. 

 

 

Julie Maenhaut

Julie supports on our due diligence and referencing mandates. She has prior experience working in political analysis research and non-governmental organisations. She has a first class undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from University College London. Julie is a French native and fluent in French and Spanish.

Ellie supports on our due diligence and referencing mandates. She has previously worked in communications for the security and defence field. She holds a first class MSc in Security Studies at University College London and a first class undergraduate degree in International Relations from King's College London. Ellie grew up in Switzerland and is fluent in German and Swiss German.

Ivy supports on our due diligence and referencing mandates. She has prior experience working in education at a company that supports over 100 state schools in the UK delivering government funded programmes for over 10,000 students. She has an undergraduate degree in Education Studies from University College London. Ivy is fluent in Mandarin.
