Ana Maria founded AM Consulting in 2012. After starting her career in M&A at Lazard in New York in 1998, followed by two years at a private equity fund in London, she moved into executive search in 2005. Her track record spans across management team assessments of over 700 private and public companies. Ana Maria holds a first class degree in Economics from Columbia University and is a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach programme. She is also founder and former Trustee of ArchAngel MLD Trust, a UK charity to support research of rare genetic diseases. Ana Maria moved to London in 2000 after studying and working in New York and Paris. She is also fluent in Spanish and French.

Jess is our Chief of Staff. She leads our execution team and ensures all mandates are run swiftly. Prior to joining AM Consulting, Jess worked for over six years for a leading data insights company in London and has a wealth of experience in business research and data analysis. Jess holds a first class degree in Religion and Theology from the University of Manchester.

Sam leads our North American due diligence support mandates in close partnership with our clients. After working in London with AM Consulting for two years, he is now based in Toronto. His prior experience is in publishing and academic research. He holds a first class master’s degree in the History of International Relations from the London School of Economics and a first class undergraduate degree in History, Politics, and Economics from University College London.

Ivy supports on our due diligence and referencing mandates. She has prior experience working in education at a company that supports over 100 state schools in the UK delivering government funded programmes for over 10,000 students. She has an undergraduate degree in Education Studies from University College London. Ivy is also fluent in Mandarin.

 

 

 

Nathalie Nyström, Senior Associate

Nathalie leads our due diligence projects in the Nordics. In her prior role she was Associate Legal Editor at Thomson Reuters, where she performed legal research and analysis, supporting editorial and content development for Practical Law covering regulatory and legislative changes, and legal updates. She holds an LLB and an MSc in Law from The University of Law, where she achieved a First Class Honours and a High Commendation. Nathalie grew up in Sweden and is fluent in Swedish.

 

 

Aniela Bichot, Associate

Aniela is dedicated to our due diligence and referencing mandates in France. Prior to joining us she completed internships at Oracle and block chain advisory firm DAO. She holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from UCL and an MSc in Law from King's College London. Aniela grew up in Paris and speaks fluent French.

 

 

 

Fabian Ullrich, Associate

Fabian specialises on our DACH region mandates. He previously worked at Daimler AG in Germany in product management consulting, communication and sustainability. He has an interest in the social organisation of knowledge, a topic on which he performed extensive qualitative and quantitative research during his masters in Political and Economic Sociology at the University of Cambridge, receiving a Distinction. He also holds a first class undergraduate degree in Human, Social, and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Fabian is a native German speaker.
